Who it is for

Built for founders who want a product, not a project to manage.

Most first imports fail at one of three points: the wrong supplier, numbers that do not work once freight and duty are added, or stock that arrives with no plan to sell it. China Line is designed to remove all three.

First-time founders

You have a product idea and a budget, but no supplier, no import experience and no time to learn it the hard way.

Sellers moving to private label

You sell other brands or generic stock and want a product of your own, with better margins and something competitors cannot copy.

Brands entering the GCC

You have a product that works elsewhere and need it manufactured, compliant and launched for buyers in the UAE or Saudi Arabia.

The engagement

Five phases, each with a defined output.

You approve every decision that commits money: the supplier, the golden sample, the order and the launch plan.

  3. 03

    Weeks 4 to 8

    Samples and negotiation

We order and compare samples, approve a golden sample with you, and negotiate price, minimum order, payment terms, packaging and lead time on your behalf.

    You receive

Sample report and negotiated terms sheet

  4. 04

    Weeks 8 to 13

    Production and quality control

We follow production, arrange independent inspection before the balance is paid, and resolve defects with the factory before goods ship.

    You receive

    Inspection reports

  5. 05

    Weeks 12 to 16

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is China Line?+

China Line is Husbar's managed sourcing and launch service. We identify and verify manufacturers, negotiate on your behalf, control quality and logistics, and launch the product in your market under one agreement. You own the brand, the product designs and the stock.

How is China Line priced?+

A fixed sourcing fee, agreed in your contract before work starts, covers feasibility, sourcing, verification, samples and negotiation. Launch marketing is an optional retainer. Suppliers in the Husbar network pay us a commission on orders, which keeps your fee lower, and every negotiated price is shared with you in writing.

When do I learn who the supplier is?+

Once your China Line agreement is signed. Until then, we share anonymous supplier profiles with capabilities, minimums and lead times.

Do I need a company to import into the UAE?+

Commercial imports need a trade licence that allows importing and a customs importer code, or a logistics partner acting as importer of record. We advise on the right route during feasibility.

What is the minimum order?+

It depends on the product. We negotiate minimums for new brands and look for manufacturers that accept realistic first orders.

Can you work with a supplier I already have?+

Yes. We can verify an existing supplier, renegotiate terms, manage quality control and focus on the launch.
